Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 2/3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, cocoa, salt and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  5. Spread into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

  1. This unfortunately one of the worst recipes I've got from the internet. Super disappointed- these have a very cakey texture and would have been a lot worse if I hadn't taken them out of the oven early. No metric conversions and the direction about a clean skewer is completely amiss! Overall definitely wouldn't recommend.
  2. These brownies are amazingly delicious! Moist, rich, firm when cool and mouth-wateringly gooey when warm. The serving size listed is accurate, but keep in mind that because they are so dense and flavorful, it will feel like a whole lot more than that. One modification is that we had to cook our batch for close to 50-55 minutes for it to set.
