Two Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner!
Valentine’s Day was also known as “Single’s Awareness Day” at our home growing up . . . it seems like every year there were a couple of the sisters who were madly in love or in relationships, making it a happy holiday for them. But for the single sisters who didn’t have anyone that year, it was a depressing chocolate-eating fest. Thankfully we usually always had at least one other sister to suffer with (I guess that’s the blessing of having so many sisters!).

So if you happen to be in love this year, you can whip up this treat for your special person and make them fall even more in love with you. And if this year is going to be a year without another person to share this fudge with, that’s totally okay!! That means more for you! 😉

This fudge really could not be easier. People will have NO idea that it’s as simple as it is. This recipe really is a life-changer.

Two Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

With only two ingredients, this fudge could not be any easier! And this recipe is fail-proof. You really can't mess it up.

  • 1 (16 oz) container strawberry frosting
  • 12 oz (3/4 lb) almond bark or white candy coating, broke into smaller pieces


  1. Lightly spray a 9x9" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the entire container of frosting and almond bark into a microwavable safe bowl.
  3. Microwave on medium power (50% power) for 45 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Return to microwave for 20 more seconds, then remove and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and place in the fridge for about 45 minutes or until completely set. Remove and cut into squares (makes about 50 small pieces).

Instead of the almond bark, you can use an approximately 12 oz bag (they vary a bit in size) of baking chips: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, etc. Microwave the chips first, about 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between until just melted, then stir in the frosting. Use regular frosting, not the whipped kind. If you like nuts, stir them in just before you pour it into the pan to cool. You can make any flavor combination such as peanut butter chips with chocolate frosting, orange cream frosting with white chips, etc. My personal favorite is butterscotch chips with white frosting and chopped pecans. I have a friend who loves peanut butter and bacon (like the milkshake at Sonic) so I used peanut butter chips, white frosting, and stirred in real bacon bits for his...thought he was going to die from happiness! =) That strawberry fudge looks fabulous with the sprinkles added!! Seriously, this is the easiest way to make amazing fudge!!!
