Tex-Mex Ground Turkey and Rice Skillet

This post is sponsored by Jennie-O but all opinions are my own. Thank you for allowing us to share with you brands that we love and use ourselves.

When it comes to making dinner for my family, I am looking for these three things:
1. Fast
2. Delicious
3. Mostly healthy 😉

I love skillet recipes because I can make the whole meal in one pan (easy clean-up is a bonus!), it comes together in a matter of minutes, and it’s so easy to throw in extra vegetables or other healthy ingredients that my family needs. This recipe has quickly become a family favorite and because all the ingredients are items that I usually have on-hand, making it perfect to throw together when I am in a pinch!

Tex-Mex Ground Turkey and Rice Skillet - SixSistersStuff

If you haven’t tried swapping ground turkey in place of ground beef, this is the perfect recipe to start with. I used Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey and my husband couldn’t even tell the difference! This recipe is a keeper.
