    • Hi Tambi, That is funny you would ask. We went the easy route on the side dishes with this pork roast recipe. I bought some baby red potatoes and quartered them. Then I put them in a Ziploc Zip n Steam bag (find it on the tin foil and plastic wrap aisle) with a little olive oil drizzled in the bag and I sprinkled some rosemary in the bag. Then you microwave it for about 6 minutes. The carrots are frozen carrots that you can steam cook in your microwave! So easy and very delicious sides. Hope this helps. Now you know my secret! :) Cyd (mom of the Six Sisters)
  1. Foodlovers like me find this site a real relief. I prefer buying rare and seasonable vegetables available in the market and search for the recipes made out of it. Recently I made Parsely and bulgur and thought of making varieties out of it..Oh yes..I got a new salad type Levantine dish called Tabooleh made out of Onion, Parsely, Tomato, Mint, Bulgur garnished on Lemon juice..Awesome taste. The Master chef behind this secret recipe is clubnoor
