  • 1 (3-5 pound) Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 yellow or white onion, diced
  • 1 small can of Manwich
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Stab the squash in several places.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour on a cookie sheet, or until you can easily pierce the skin with a knife (cooking time depends on size of squash).
  4. While the squash is baking, you can prepare the sloppy joe filling.
  5. Brown your ground turkey, and cook onion at the same time. Then add your Manwich and cook until heated through.
  6. Remove seeds from the baked Spaghetti Squash and use it as a bowl. Fill it with your meat filling.
  7. Put cheese on top of the meat filling and back at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

    • Manwich is a canned sloppy Joe sauce. We have other recipes for sloppy Joes on our blog that don't use Manwich. You can also substitute any meat with all of these recipes - Pork, Beef, or turkey.
