Southwest Seven Layer Sliders

One of my favorite foods in the entire world are the Chili’s Big Mouth Bites sliders . . . something about eating lots of little hamburgers makes me not feel as guilty as devouring one huge burger. 🙂 It’s a mind game, I guess. Ha ha!
Anyway, as I was thinking of what to have for dinner the other night, those sliders came to mind and I started looking for fun slider recipes that I could make for my family and thought it would be fun to make a hamburger using all the layers that are used in Seven Layer Dip, which is another one of my favorite foods (who am I kidding? I just love good food in general).
These little hamburgers were so fun to make and the whole family loved them. If you don’t want to make them “slider style”, you could easily make full-size burgers!
