Skinny Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Lunchtime is always a struggle at our house in the summer. We’ve been trying to eat a little healthier but I can only eat so many salads before I give up and indulge in a whole pan of brownies. I’ve been on a buffalo sauce kick and decided to find a way to turn one of my favorite flavors into a healthy wrap! These Skinny Buffalo Chicken Wraps are easy to make ahead for a week of lunches, or heat up for dinner. We love to dip ours in ranch!

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Wraps

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 avocado (smashed)
  • 2 Tbsp celery, chopped
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Feta cheese
  • Ranch dressing, optional


  1. In a bowl, mix together greek yogurt, franks hot sauce, and chicken. Toss until chicken is completely coated.
  2. On a tortilla, spread smashed avocado. Top with chicken, and layer celery, tomato, and feta cheese.
  3. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  4. Roll up and serve. We love to dip ours in ranch.
