Simple Saltine Chicken

Alright… I have a winner. This really is the easiest chicken I have ever made. I was in desperate need for a meal and came up with this little number. Did I mention that it tastes delicious! You can serve it as is, or you can throw it on top of a green salad. Either way it tastes amazing!

Try dipping the chicken in cream of chicken soup, then in cracker/bread crumbs, and drizzleing the melted butter over the top. Bake. You can't help but scrape up all the little bits off the pan and eat them. This is SOOOOOO delicious. We add whatever type of seasoning to the bread/cracker crumbs.

I made this earlier this week and it was delicious!! I'm always looking for easy to make chicken recipes that I can reuse in different ways for my lunch at work, and this is the best one I've found so far. I added crushed red pepper flakes to give it a bit of heat and it was so good!! Definitely using this one again
