Sheet Pan Funfetti Cookie Bars

I don’t know if there is any tastier flavor than “funfetti.”  I always picked funfetti cake for my birthday growing up and I still haven’t outgrown it!  I needed to make a treat to feed a crowd and had all the ingredients on hand to make these funfetti bars.  They turned out perfectly!

I love making desserts in sheet pans because they are easy to transport and can easily feed 20+ people!

These cookie bars were so soft and chewy!  Everyone loved them so much that we didn’t have any leftovers!
