Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage and Vegetables

After having my fourth baby, I’ve been trying to eat healthier and get back in shape.  I hate making myself a separate dinner than my family because my kids don’t love some of the healthy food I make.  This recipe was a winner at our house because my whole family ate it and I only dirtied one pan while making it! I also love that this recipe is a main dish and side dish in one. It doesn’t get much better than that! Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage and Vegetables

  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. precooked chicken and apple sausages
  • 5 red potatoes
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Poultry seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Slice sausage and dice potatoes, zucchini, carrots, and onion.
  4. Spread sliced chicken sausage, potatoes, zucchini, carrots and onion onto baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle on poultry seasoning and garlic salt, to taste.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
