After having my fourth baby, I’ve been trying to eat healthier and get back in shape. I hate making myself a separate dinner than my family because my kids don’t love some of the healthy food I make. This recipe was a winner at our house because my whole family ate it and I only dirtied one pan while making it! I also love that this recipe is a main dish and side dish in one.
