Growing up, we usually had a “salad” like this as a side dish for Sunday dinner . . . but this would also be a delicious dessert!
Or, in a perfect world, eat it for both! 🙂

This dish can be thrown together in a matter of minutes, which is my favorite kind of recipe!

Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff Salad from SixSistersStuff

Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff Salad

  • 1 1/2 boxes (3.4 oz each) packages cheesecake instant pudding mixes
  • 1 (32 oz) container vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen raspberries, slightly thawed


  1. In a large bowl, mix together pudding mixes, yogurt, and Cool Whip (you'll have to really beat it to get out all the lumps!).
  2. Fold in the berries (the more that you stir them in, the more that they will turn your salad pink).
  3. Cover and chill until serving time.
