Peppermint Crunch Ice Cream Pie

Sometimes the easiest recipes get the best reviews!
I had to bring my own pie to Thanksgiving dinner because I don’t love pumpkin pie (I know, I know . . . something is seriously wrong with me). However, I do love all things peppermint flavored and I am a sucker for ice cream . . . the rest is history. My family devoured this pie even faster than the pumpkin pie! I used a pre-made crumb pie crust, but you could definitely make your own crust if you are super ambitious. 🙂
