Peanut Butter Reese’s Popcorn Recipe

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  With so many family parties, we keep celebrating after Christmas!  This popcorn is great for parties and gatherings.  You won’t have any left over to take home!

Peanut Butter Reese's Popcorn Recipe

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 bag Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter.  
  2. Bring to a rolling boil and remove from heat.  
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.  
  4. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl and pour peanut butter mixture over the top.  
  5. Fold gently until popcorn is evenly coated.  
  6. Spread popcorn in a think layer on wax paper.  
  7. Sprinkle on Reese's over the popcorn.  
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top of the popcorn.  
  9. Let cool before serving.

  1. Made this for movie night last night. I followed the directions exactly. My carmel never fully came to a "rolling" boil but after stirring continuously over medium heat for about 7 minutes I decided to just pour it over the popcorn. The carmel got very hard and was almost too hard to eat. What did I do wrong??? The flavor was there and I would love to make it again, but I wanted a more softer carmel.
