No Bake Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

My husband loves desserts these days and he LOVES all things cheesecakes. I didn’t want to go to the store so I found some things around my house and came up with these No Bake Mini Oreo Cheesecakes. It only uses 3 different ingredients and they were a huge hit!

  • 1 (14.3 ounce) package Oreo cookies (divided)
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  1. Put aside 12 Oreo cookies from the package.
  2. Crumble the rest of the whole oreos using a blender or rolling pin and set aside 1/3 cup of crushed Oreos.
  3. In another mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar with beaters. fold in the crushed Oreos until it is well combined.
  4. Place 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Add one oreo to the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  5. Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner, pressing down with a spoon so the mixture will surround the Oreo on the bottom.
  6. Sprinkle the 1/3 cup crushed cookies on top of the cheesecakes and press down so they will stay.
  7. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.
  8. (I filled the cups about 3/4 full - if you want them all the way full you will probably get about 9 instead of 12.)
