Mini Zucchini Muffins Recipe

My 4-year-old loooooooves zucchini bread!  I thought I would make a healthier snack that tastes good AND is kid friendly.  My entire family loved them.  This recipe is so easy to make that my kids did most of the work and they loved that they were the perfect size for their little hands!

Loved this recipe!! I used half whole wheat and half all-purpose flour. Also added chocolate chips in half of the batch and froze some of it to use for later. Delicious muffins... perfect to give to kids for snack (and maybe sneak some in for yourself, too)!! Thank you Six Sisters!!
