How do I keep my eggs from sticking to the pan?

Eggs can be a little tricking when it comes to cooking them in a pan. They seem to stick a little more, especially if you have not properly prepared your pan.

We highly recommend spraying your pan with non stick cooking spray. I prefer to use the olive oil based spray.

You also want to make sure your pan has not over heated. You want to keep your pan at medium heat, to ensure that the bottom of the egg doesn’t cook too fast, or the oil gets cooked out.

Keep the pan sprayed and the heat low. If you feel your egg is taking a little long to cook, we recommend placing a lid on your pan.

what are some other delicious egg toppings?

-Green and Black Olives
-Red Onion
-Green Onion
-Shredded Carrots
-Cheese (feta especially)
