Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts have never made, eating healthy, taste so good. They are so easy to make and full of flavor. If brussels sprouts have treated you wrong in the past, like they have me, you need to give this recipe a try. I think it's my new favorite food.

I always thought I hated brussels sprouts but turns out I just hadn’t had them cooked in a tasty way.

I tried a few different variations from the appetizer menu at different restaurants, but these are my favorite way to make them at home.

You know they’re good when you’re pregnant and still crave them. This recipe makes eating vegetables easy and enjoyable. They are so easy to make, and your picky eaters may just take seconds, like mine did.

how to make honey sriracha brussel sprouts

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2: On a baking sheet lined with foil, spread out brussels sprouts. Drizzle them with olive oil, then top with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Step 3: Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges start to turn brown and leaves start to crisp. Remove from oven and place in a large bowl.

Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, lime, and garlic powder.

Step 5: Pour mixture over roasted brussels sprouts and toss to combine. Serve warm.

That’s all there is too it. Could these brussels sprouts be any easier?

could i use this recipe with other vegetables?

You most definitely could use this recipe with other vegetables. I love making this with my broccoli as well as asparagus.

Those are the only two other vegetables I’ve tried this with, but I’m sure it would be tasty with egg plant, zucchini, radishes, carrots, or any of your other favorite vegetables.

It’s a very versatile recipe, and can combine well with many vegetables.

could i use frozen brussels sprouts

You could use frozen brussels sprouts, but we recommend you thaw them before using them. They need to be thawed, because you are cutting them in half.

We also prefer the tastes of fresh brussels sprouts. They seem to be a little more sweet than the frozen ones.

what do i serve as the main dish?

You could serve this dish with a variety of things, but we personally love ours with salmon. Watch how to make our favorite here:
