quantity depends on the size of your jello Mold:
For this recipe, we had a smaller mold, with more holes in it. Your mold will determine how many fruit snacks you get out of it.
We recommend trying to find a mold, or using a mold with lots of smaller holes, rather than a few big ones, so you are able to get more individual fruit snacks.
why are my fruit snacks sticky?
These fruit snacks shouldn’t bee too sticky. If you didn’t boil the mixture for long enough, that is probably why your mixture is still sticky.
You could also try spraying your mold with non stick cooking spray, so they slide out a little easier, if you find that they are still sticky when they have set up in the mold.
You can refrigerate these, but they should set up within 20-30 minutes after pouring into your fruit snack mold.
