Healthy Meals Monday: Crispy Honey Mustard Chicken

I really love soft ,tender chicken with a crispy outside.  This chicken is full of flavor and healthier than most crispy chicken! It was a huge hit with my kids and husband. I cut up the leftovers the next day and served it on salad, which was so yummy! Hope you enjoy!

  1. ok i never ever comment on recipes unless they rock...which i find most need some alteration. ive used ur site for craft ideas in the past, which were great btw, but no food recipes. ok so these are the best chicken tenders ive ever had! i made my own honey mustard dressing w balsamic vinegar olive oil dijon honey and salt and pepper. holy moly! im so excited about these. they were fantastic! i cooked them on a rack in the baking pan. and finished it off w the broiler. to crisp them up. yuuummmmy thanks for the recipe i look forward to making more of your recipes.
  2. We made these for dinner tonight. They were really good, except we had a little problem with the cornflakes being a little bit soggy. We liked them enough that we would like to improve on them and make them better. Do you have any suggestions as to why ours turned out soggy or how to keep this from happening?
