Healthy Hummus Wrap

I love a good wrap for lunch! One of my most favorite things on my wrap is Hummus. My most favorite hummus is called Roasted Red Pepper by Sabra. It is so delicious!!! You will be pleasantly surprised with how good it really is.

Healthy Hummus Wrap

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 Tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (or your favorite hummus)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 avocado, diced


  1. Lay out your two tortillas and spread 2 Tablespoons of hummus on each one.
  2. Layer spinach on top of hummus.
  3. Add 1/4 cup black beans on top of spinach.
  4. Top with diced avocado.
  5. Fold in edges of the tortilla and roll it up.
  6. Cut in half and serve.
