This green chile rice makes a really yummy side dish with just a bit of a kick.

  • 4 cups cooked white rice (or minute rice)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chiles (drained)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  3. Pour all ingredients into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and it starts to bubble.
