Graham Cracker Toffee Crunch Recipe

You will go crazy over this easy Graham Cracker Toffee.  It tastes just like regular toffee. In fact, I think we like it even better!  No need for a candy thermometer!   This can easily be bagged and make the perfect neighbor gift!

  • 14 - 16 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15x10x1 inch cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Break graham crackers into quarters and cover the cookie sheet in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan combine the butter and brown sugar and stir over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring constantly for about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and pour evenly the graham crackers. You may need to spread mixture evenly over graham crackers with a spoon. Bake for 7 minutes at 350.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the baked toffee and let them melt for a few minutes. Then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee.
  6. Sprinkled with chopped nuts on top of the melted chocolate.
  7. Cool completely (put in fridge to set up faster) and then break apart and store in airtight container.

  1. Is the toffee portion supposed to be crunchy or kind of soft? Mine came out on the soft side and I wonder if I didn't cook it long enough. It was very delicious either way! Quick and easy cookie/candy that looks like it was more effort than it really was :)
