Pork Chop Cooking Tips:

  • Just be sure to keep your eye on the steak, if they are thin steaks, they won’t take as long to cook. If they are thick, they will take a little bit longer!
  • If the pork chops are 1 inch thick, cook them for 2-3 minutes on one side and then 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  • If the pork chops are thinner than 1 inch cook them for 2 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  • You will know when they are done cooking on when they are golden brown and no pink juices remain.
  • When adding your butter, I really like using salted butter in this recipe! It just goes perfectly with the pork!

Just made these last night... mmmm...so good! I don't fry a lot foods, is the mess unavoidable? I used a splatter screen but think I'll be finding oil splatters for a while. I'm still adding this to my favorites, despite the mess.Hopefully I will get better at containing it.
