This Easy Ravioli and Cheese Bake is quick, simple, and delicious. My whole family gobbled this up, I may make it again this week. This is a perfect meal for picky eaters.

I found this recipe over at Eat Cake for Dinner.  She has so many delicious recipes I can’t wait to try. I forgot the diced tomatoes and cut the recipe in half for our little family.  It was very easy and really good.
I love a good, quick, simple, and yummy dinner recipe, and this dish is exactly that. It is full of flavor, and a recipe that even my pickiest eaters love.
The ravioli in this recipe is perfect, and the kiddos will love it.

can i make this recipe using frozen ravioli?

You could most definitely make this recipe, using frozen ravioli. Really any ravioli would work for this recipe. If you do use frozen, we recommend letting it thaw a little, and then getting the excess liquid off, to keep it from getting soggy.

what could i pair this recipe with?

I love pasta. If I could live anywhere in the world, it would probably be Italy, so I could eat homemade pasta day in and day out, for the rest of my life.

Not only that, but they have some amazing bread and sweets there as well.

Here are a few of my favorite side dishes to pair with this pasta dish:

We also love to serve our bread and pasta with salad. Here are a few of our favorite salad recipes:

You could really pair it with any vegetable, but a nice fresh crisp salad with some Italian dressing has got to be my favorite combination with this pasta.

I also like to dip my bread in both the pasta sauce and the salad dressing. You can’t go wrong with salad, pasta, and bread.
