These Lemon Berry Tarts are perfect for breakfast or brunch when all your family gets together! I love how they are so light but still taste delicious!


These Easy Lemon Berry Tarts have become a family favorite real quick! The best part is that you can make these in under 15 minutes, which is what you need when guests are over!

Easy Lemon Berry Tarts

Throw these cute Easy Lemon Berry Tarts together in just 15 minutes for the perfect Mother's Day Brunch!

  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 Cup Private Selection California Lemon Fruit Filling
  • 3/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup of Cool Whip
  • 24 Raspberries
  • 24 Blueberries
  • 24 Blackberries
  • Powdered Sugar for Topping


  1. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
  2. Place wonton wrappers in nonstick muffin tin, and lightly brush with butter.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes or until wrappers begin to turn golden brown on the edges.
  4. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and lemon filling.
  5. Once wonton wrappers have cooled, pipe filling into wonton wrappers, and top with your favorite berries.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve!

I have always heard of people using wonton wrappers in pastry recipes but had never actually given it a try. I was so impressed at how easy it was and how perfect the crunchy wrapper went with the delicious filling and berries!


I recently moved about two blocks away from a Smith’s Grocery Store and have found myself there about once a day since living here, sometimes just to go and try their amazing sushi! (Okay but really, have any of you tried that?? SO good!). Sometimes I like to wander the baking aisle and brainstorm new ideas. I saw the Private Selection California Lemon pie filling and knew I had to use it for some delicious mother’s day treat, and then the Lemon Berry Tarts were born!
