how to make easy and delicious fruit dip

There isn’t much to this recipe. It is seriously two ingredients, and so simple to make. Here is how you make it:

Step 1: Put both the container of WHIPPED cream cheese (it must be whipped, or it will leave your dip with chunks), and a container of Marshmallow Creme, in a large bowl.

Step 2: Whip until fully combined. I used a wooden spin to do this (it was quite the workout) I have since started using a hand mixer.

It smooths out the cream cheese extremely well. Either method will work. You could also use a sturdy whisk.

It will be smooth and fluffy when it’s ready.

Step 3: Serve with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, or any fruit you prefer. Enjoy!

what else can I use this dip recipe for?

This dip is so versatile, you could pair it with so many things. Here are a few of our other favorite ways to use this delicious recipe:

Crepe filling: If you have ever had a crepe, you need to try it with this. I love using this dip, drizzling on some Nutella, and adding a few banana and strawberry slice to it.

-Cake frosting: I love a good chocolate cake, with a little bit of some cream cheese frosting. If you have ever tried our Pumpkin Sheet Cake, it goes perfectly on it.

I also love this dip as frosting for our favorite, Carrot Cake.

-Breakfast topping: I love this flavor of dip, mixed with a little syrup. I especially love putting this combination on my Blueberry Pancakes.

  1. I make this using my mom's recipe ... the only difference, she adds a couple Tbsp. of strawberry preserves. Scrumpdillyicious! Also, if you don't have the whipped cream cheese, whip it yourself before adding the other ingredients. Works the same for tub icing. I empty it into a mixing bowl & whip it with my mixer. It makes it lighter & it goes further.

I have always just used regular cream cheese (softened of course). I make it for every party we have and I always get compliments on it and when I tell them whats in it, they are amazed. I also use the whole container of marshmallow fluff and the 8 oz package of cream cheese... still super delicious.
