Crunchy Baked Chicken Recipe

I love fried chicken, but I don’t love all the extra calories and fat that come with it.  This chicken is so crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside that you just might think you are eating fried chicken.  It is full of flavor and our whole family devoured it!

  1. Loved this recipe! I cut the chicken breasts in half and only baked them for about 40 minutes and the chicken was nice and moist. It was a huge hit with my family, it didn't exactly taste like fried chicken but it was really crispy. I loved the idea of using the onions, we had just bought a huge bag from Costco to use in our salads!
