If you are a sweet potato lover, this recipe is definitely one you will want to try. It is so simple to make, and taste absolutely amazing.

It only requires a few simple ingredients, and will be a hit, every time.

I know this is a fall recipe, and one that is usually made around Thanksgiving, however, I like to make this recipe all year long, even in the summer.

It is just that delicious, and everyone loves it, so why not give the people (and myself) what they want. Especially love making this dish because it’s easy.

Really it’s a mom win, and everyone eats it right up without a single complaint. That doesn’t happen often, so I have to take advantage of it, while I can.

what could i serve with this?

I love sweet potatoes, and we have them more than I should admit, but with a dish this easy, why wouldn’t you?

This dish is fast to throw together and tastes absolutely amazing.

We like to serve ours with:

what size slow cooker was used?

For this recipe, I used my 6 quart slow cooker. It was a breeze, and everything cooked nicely. If you plan to double or triple the recipe, you will most likely need to use another slow cooker, as it will not all fit in one.

I just started playing around with My Recipe Magic a few days ago and I've gotta say I love it. As someone who just went through a bunch of weight loss and is now trying to maintain, it's important that I attempt to eat and cook more than just salads and grilled chicken and having the nutritional information so readily accessible is awesome!! Cannot wait to keep messing with it! *Krystina
