  • 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Jar (8 oz) Artichoke Hearts chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Bag (6 oz) Baby Spinach
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 8 Flour Tortillas


  1. Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Place chopped artichoke and garlic salt in pan and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach and cook, stirring constantly until spinach has shrunk completely.
  4. Add cream cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Feta cheese and stir until completely melted.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup of mixture over one tortilla, and top with another tortilla.
  6. If you'd like to make your tortillas more crispy, heat the quesadilla over medium heat in a skillet.
  7. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
