Blueberry Fluff Salad

¬†Things have been a little crazy with putting together our Christmas Cookbook. We are almost done with it and will soon send it off to the printers! Because we have been so busy I really haven’t had a lot of time for dinner… or anything else! A few days ago I actually put a whole meal on the table. This was one of my side dishes and it was a huge hit! I¬†absolutely LOVE side dishes that take about 5 minutes to throw together! This Blueberry Fluff Salad is super easy to make and tastes so good!

As a mom of 6 daughters (and 1 son), I think that this site is awesome! My youngest is now 16, and all my girls are very tight with one another, even though they are spread out on the map. My oldest just started a baking company, and we are all very excited. Keep up the good work, and above all, keep loving each other - family first!
    • We have only made this recipe with Cool Whip. But here is a link that will show you how to use whipping cream in place of cool whip. You will need it to be a bit thicker to hold up in this recipe. Be careful not to end up with butter.
