-Ground Turkey (healthy and clean, with won’t over power the taste).
-Chicken (grilled or shredded would be delicious).
-Bacon (bacon pairs very nicely with sweet potatoes, and I highly recommend the combination).

Toppings can really transform a taco. Instead or in addition to the cilantro, feta, and guacamole, you could try any of the following:
- Sour cream
- Roasted corn
- Diced avocado
- Monterey or pepper jack cheese
- Fried tortilla strips
