Have you seen the Birthday Cake Oreos? If you haven’t, run to the store and go get some right now! (Also grab some cream cheese and white chocolate). ha ha. That’s all you need to make these truffles! They are SO good!

Birthday Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) package of Birthday Cake Oreo cookies, divided
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 package of almond bark (or baking chocolate, whatever you prefer), melted
- Rainbow Ball Sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush 20 cookies to fine crumbs in a plastic bag or in a food processor. Place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese and mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into about 1-inch balls. Put balls in fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. (Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use.) Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
