  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans Bold Manwich Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen tater tots


  1. Brown ground beef, salt & pepper, onion, red pepper, & green pepper together until the hamburger is cooked through. Drain grease well. Add in the drained corn and Manwich sauce and mix until combined. Heat through.
  2. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the top of the hamburger mixture.
  4. Place tater tots over all and then cover with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes in oven heated to 400 degrees.
