Banana Nut Whole Wheat Waffles

Before you make waffles you will need a waffle maker. We own many waffle makers between the 6 of us. I am obsessed with the double waffle makers. You can find the one I love HERE. You can also just find a simple one HERE and it still does the trick.

  1. Is it sometimes hard to mix the eggs and dry ingredients (before adding the wet ingredients)? It seems like my waffles get lumpy. Would it work OK to add the eggs and wet ingredients and then combine with the dry ingredients?
