Bacon Ranch Spaghetti Squash

You will not believe the flavor combo your mouth is about to experience. Spaghetti squash has never tasted so good. I made this for my husband and it is his new favorite! It’s a guiltless side dish that tastes amazing and only requires a few simple ingredients!

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 3 cups water
  • 10-12 bacon slices
  • 1 ranch mix packet


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place about 3 cups of water into a 9x13 or 9x9 pan.
  3. Place the spaghetti squash in the pan with water and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
  5. While it is cooking, cook the bacon in a pan until desired texture. I like mine crispy.
  6. Cut into bite size pieces and set in a bowl.
  7. Take out the spaghetti squash and cut in half. De-seed the squash and pull apart with two forks.
  8. Place the spaghetti squash in a bowl with the bacon.
  9. Add the ranch packet and mix until fully combined.
  10. Serve warm.
