One of the things that we get requests for the most are healthy dinners that kids will actually eat, that use ingredients you have on hand, and that don’t break the bank.
We know that eating healthy can sometimes be a challenge, so we reached out to our friend Brooke Bouwhuis, who is also a registered dietitian, and gave her the challenge to work our Six Sisters’ family-friendly recipes into a healthy menu plan that would help you lose weight and feel good . . . and guess what?
